Meet the Trustees of the Rollright Trust George Lambrick holds a degree in History from Oxford
University and is the Deputy Director of the Oxford Archaeological Unit. He was
responsible for the archaeological survey of the Rollrights from 1981-1986 and
is the author of "The Rollright Stones". He is currently involved with the
restoration of the Devil's Quoits henge circle in Oxfordshire. His other
interests include wood-working, walking and gardening. |
David Shirt holds a BSc and
Doctorate from London University and is a Fellow of the Zoological Society, a
naturalist with experience of ecological site surveying and producing
management recommendations for the National Trust (inc. Avebury) and potential
SSSI's. He is also an amateur archaeologist and astronomer interested in
landscape history, megalithic sites and archaeo-astronomy. |
Karin-Ann Attwood was formerly
employed as a Social/Recreational Care Therapist working with the disabled for
the Leonard Cheshire Foundation and is an experienced legal/medical secretary.
Her husband describes her as a radical housewife because she doesn't do
housework. Her interests include disability awareness and rights, motorbikes,
earth mysteries and alternative religions. |
Harriet Kimberley holds an MA (Hon)
in archaeology from Edinburgh, and has worked subsequently in publishing and
administration. She has experience of raising funds for a medical foundation on
a voluntary basis. Harriet maintains a continuing interest in archaeology,
ancient sites and English literature. |
Andy Norfolk is Chartered Landscape
Architect with an MSc in Landscape Ecology. He is interested in archaeology and
earth mysteries and is a founder member of ASLaN (The Ancient Sacred Landscape
Network) and the chairman of the Cornish Sacred Sites Protection Network. He is
also a member of several Pagan organisations. |
Nat le Roux has a degree in law from Cambridge
University, and is a director of a City trading company. He has a long standing
interest in landscape and ecology. |
Nick Cavalla has a degree in
mathematics from Cambridge University, is a qualified chartered accountant and
corporate treasurer, and currently works for a specialist fund manager in the
City. Nick has had a fascination for Neolithic sites, and Circles in
particular, from an early age. His other interests include roots music
(especially blues, jazz and ska) and cycling. |
